I cook a lot and I love to experiment in the kitchen! But sadly I have the memory of a senile goldfish and often forget how to recreate recipes I made up. So, I thought this would be the best way I could store them all :)

(also shout out to Alabama millennial for inspiring this idea)

Sweet pea ginger pasta

I came up with this recipe on the start of my health kick and its become a staple of my meal rotations ever since

Ingredients:

Sweet peas | 1 cup

Garlic

Lemon juice

Ginger powder/ freshly graited ginger

Cauliflower | 1/2 cup

Ricotta cheese | 4 tablespoons

Noodles (preferably corkscrew shape)

cilantro to taste

A pinch of salt :)

(constarch if needed)

Directions:


First, pasta:
-boil your pasta till al dente in a large pan. After the pasta is ready, pour out majority of the pasta water from the pan leaving a little water beihnd.

Next, sauce
- take the sweet peas, cauliflower,ginger, and ricotta cheese, and blend them till smooth

Then, mix:
- In Your large pan, take the sauce you prepared and combined it with your pasta and the past water (after you mix them together if the suace doesnt have the thickness of kewpie mayo, put a lil cornstarch in)

Finnally.....
- At your desired heat, at your spices (the lemon,Garlic, ginger and more salt) and your ready to eat!


Banana Pudding Bread

this one was a big hit with my mom :)

Ingredients:

3 1/2 bananas

a splash of milk

1 egg

1 cup of flour

4 tbsp of brown shugar

splash of honey

1/2 tbsp if baking soda

Directions:


- Mash up your bananas and mix all of your ingredience together in your baking tub (bowl? the thing you put in the oven. the word is escaping me)

- set your oven to 400 degrees and bake intill the top is golden brown (about 20 mins but it might depend on your oven.)
